What you don’t know can hurt your business.
You are an expert in your field; Product Management, Payment Ops., Billing Ops., Accounting, or Finance, but new to the Subscription Economy. While Zuora was built from the ground up to support your expertise, to be successful in the Subscription Economy you must first rethink and even abandon some of the most basic principles that have brought you success thus far in the transactional world. You will need to learn a few new principals as well.
Stop by the Zuora University Station and meet with Angel Viloria, Zuora University’s Sr. Manager, as he highlights these differences and explains how Zuora University can guide you through these fundamental yet essential changes.
Come engage with members of your Global Support Team! Seize the opportunity to ask technical questions in a face-to-face environment. Get recommendations on how you can optimize use of the Zuora application. Provide us with live feedback in a one-on-one setting. Don't miss out on this chance!
